One bite of these crackers transports me right back to my childhood and my trips to see my grandparents. My Italian grandparent’s home was in the country and every evening at 5 o'clock, they stopped working and gathered in the kitchen. My Grandpa Tony loved mixing the adults cocktails, while my Grandma Josephine put out hunks of dry-aged cheeses, olives, meats and her favorite rosemary crackers.
