The Mediterranean flavor of our Rosemary crackers make them the perfect choice to serve with an antipasto platter. The rosemary's earthiness pairs wonderfully with hard Italian cheeses, olives, meats and roasted veggies.

These crackers transport me to my childhood. My Italian grandparents stopped working every evening at 5 o'clock and gathered in the kitchen. Grandpa Tony loved mixing the adults cocktails, while my Grandma Josephine put out hunks of dry-aged cheeses, olives, meats and rosemary crackers.
